Lesson Description

LESSON DESCRIPTION

Children will see how David thanks God for giving him courage to face the giant who was bigger and stronger. David was not afraid because he knew God was stronger than the giant. Teacher: “I’ll bet you were afraid.”

JoJo Giraffe: “Yes, but my mommy and daddy showed me that I should trust them and God to give me courage.”

Teacher: “That Sounds like our big idea: ‘God gives me courage.’”
